The Role:

As our Stud Overseer, you’ll work alongside industry experts, access industry-best technology and stud breeding practices and be hands-on with all aspects of livestock care. But it’s not just about the day-to-day – you’ll also take a leadership role, guiding our team and driving business' success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in routine livestock operations

• Plan, prioritise, and conquer daily, weekly, and seasonal tasks

• Keep the team motivated, organised and on track

• Use your problem-solving skills to tackle challenges

• Embrace modern technology for precision record-keeping

• Oversee pasture management and feed budgeting

• Keep our vehicles, machinery, and systems in top shape

About You:

We’re on the lookout for a go-getter with experience in livestock management and stud breeding preferably. If you’ve got strong leadership skills, a knack for organisation, and a sense of humour, you’ll fit right in!
