We are seeking an energetic, motivated Assistant Cotton Manager with a keen interest and experience in food/fibre production and technology. We are a family owned progressive, mixed farming and grazing operation north of Warren, NSW. This is a hands-on role in a friendly team environment, to achieve the following:

- Day to day operations and production of 13000 ha dryland and up to 1200 ha summer (irrigated) cropping throughout Haddon Rig

- 3 years in cotton irrigation preferred

- Supervise a small team & report to the Farm Manager

- Must be mechanically minded

- Irrigation experience

- Effective People Management – internal and contractors

- Knowledge of Agworld, Apex & excel software

- Commitment to WHS practices

- Ensure environmentally responsible and sustainable management practices
