Meat and Livestock Australia who partnered with Haddon Rig to develop our new Dry-Aged lamb product recently visited Haddon Rig. This video was shot recently when Alanna Sapwell, award-winning chef from Brisbane came to visit. Alanna’s new restaurant, Arc Dining and Wine Bar in Brisbane, opens in early 2019 and Haddon Rig lamb can be found there.
